Founded in 1933 by Paul I. Myers, the Myers Law firm began its journey in San Francisco, establishing a strong foundation for legal excellence. In the mid-1940s, Paul I. Myers expanded the firm by opening a satellite office in Los Altos, California. This move marked the beginning of the firm’s deep-rooted presence in Silicon Valley.
In the early 1950s, Paul I. Myers, Jr. joined the Myers Law firm, bringing a new dimension to its corporate practice. Following his father's appointment as a Judge in Santa Clara County in 1953, Paul I. Myers, Jr. took the helm and guided the firm through a transformative era. Over the next three decades, as the Peninsula evolved from a primarily rural landscape into a thriving hub of technology and innovation, Myers Law became a key player in corporate transactional law and construction law in the region.
Today, Alexander P. Myers, son of Paul I. Myers, Jr., leads the firm, continuing the legacy of exceptional legal service in Silicon Valley. With a rich tradition of expertise, Alexander Myers upholds the firm's reputation and adapts it to the modern legal landscape.
The legacy now further continues with Brennan A. Myers, the great-grandson of Paul I. Myers and son of Alexander Myers. Recently joining the firm, Brennan represents the next generation in a long-standing tradition of distinguished legal practice. At Myers Law, family tradition is not just a legacy—it is a cornerstone of our commitment to excellence.
